When you browse our website, we will collect the following information:

When you buy from our store, we will ask you for information including your name, payment and shipping addresses, email, telephone, payment or card details and optional account details: username and password. We will use this information for the following purposes:

Comments

When a website visitor leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the commenting form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser signature to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (so-called hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you are a registered user and uploading pictures to your website, you should avoid uploading pictures with EXIF location tags. Visitors to the website can download and read full location data from pictures on the website.

Contact forms

The information sent via the contact forms is stored by us in the mailbox for the purpose of customer service for an indefinite period of time. We do not use the information obtained in this way for marketing purposes.

If you leave a comment on our website, you will be able to choose the option of saving your name, email address and website address in cookies, thanks to which the above information will be conveniently completed when writing further comments. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and log in to this site, we will create a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.

When logging in, we additionally create a few cookies needed to save your login information and selected screen options. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select the "Remember me" option, login will expire after two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

If you use the fitting room, information about the choice of the silhouette or the entered dimensions will be saved in your browser, so we will not have access to them. However, if you place an order using the browser in which you have filled in your dimensions, they will be saved along with the information about your order. These dimensions (under the bust, in the bust, in the hips, in the waist and in the middle of the bust) will only be used to suggest a change in size (to improve the comfort of wearing the ordered outfit), to improve the size of Lavel products and to improve the Size Chart that can be found on any product card. We will not publish this data or use it for any purpose other than the above-mentioned purpose.

If you add any product to your Wishlist, it will be saved as a cookie in your browser so that we can show you the page Watchers and have access to a list of these products in order to be able to propose a better price offer with the goods you are interested in. Only the service of the online store has access to the Watchlist.

We also use advertising cookies and pixel tags - this type of cookies allows you to adjust the display of advertisements to your individual preferences and to test the effectiveness of advertising activities (by counting, for example, how many people clicked on a given advertisement).

Hotjar
We use the service Hotjarto better understand the needs of our users, to optimize our services and the convenience of using the online store. Hotjar is a technological website that helps us understand how our users use the website (e.g. how much time they spend on individual pages, where they click and where they never reach while navigating the website, etc.) and it enables us to develop the website in accordance with with the expectations of our users. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on user behavior on the website and their devices (anonymised IP address, screen resolution, device type, browser information, country, preferred language). Hotjar saves this information and creates anonymous user profiles from it. Like us, Hotjar will never use this data to identify you personally. Who we share data with

Baselinker - an order processing system that receives all the data received during orders. This service is used to automate the process of sending orders, e-mail notifications and delivering invoices for the purchase. The privacy policy is here here.
PayU - data required to make a payment, in order to make a payment,
InPost - data required to send a package for the purpose of delivery,
GLS - data required to send a package for the purpose of delivery,
Polish Post - data required to send a package in order to deliver.

How long do we keep your data

If you leave a comment, its content and metadata are retained indefinitely. Thanks to this, we are able to recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically, without sending them to each moderation.

For users who have registered on our website, we also store personal information entered in the profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their username, which cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and modify this information.

The information you provide when placing an order is stored for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally obliged to keep it any longer. For example, we store order information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and delivery and payment addresses.

The storage time of orders (and personal data contained therein) depends on their status:

suspended orders: 45 days (to contact the customer),
unsuccessful orders: 45 days (to contact the customer),
orders canceled 30 days (waiting for the customer's decision to resume the order and contact regarding the inquiry regarding the actual status of the order),
orders completed 10 years (for tax and accounting purposes).

What rights you have over your data

If you have a user account, placed an order in the online store, added a review to the product, used the contact form or added comments on this site, you can request a file with an exported set of your personal data in our possession, including all of those provided by you. You can also request that we amend or delete any personal information we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

All orders go to Baselinker, which automates the process of accepting and sending orders, as well as delivering the required files / information to customers by e-mail (e.g. invoice).

We also send data to the shipping system of GLS, InPost and Poczta Polska at the time of sending the package, in order to process the order.

How do we protect your data?

We maintain technical, administrative and physical safeguards that are designed to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of the personal information we collect or store. We regularly update our software to exclude possible security gaps. However, the security of information sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. In order to maximize the security of the processed data, we use organizational and technical measures in accordance with the provisions of Polish and EU law, including the Regulation, and connections encrypted by the SSL protocol.

What procedures we have in place in the event of a data privacy breach

Any violations will be reported immediately after their detection to the supervisory authority, no later than 72 hours from their detection.

What automated decision making and / or profiling we do with user data

So far, we are not profiling users and we do not have mechanisms for automatic decision-making.

Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our discretion. If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on our website and also amend its Effective Date, which is below.
