Returns and complaints in 3 steps

1. PACK YOUR PRODUCT

  • Don't pack your bra by cup-to-cup. Place it in the box in the most neutral position - straight on.
  • Do not pack the product in an envelope – pack in a box. We only accept cardboard packaging (it is best for it to be the original packaging in which the costume came - this will prevent damage. The minimum height of the return packaging is 10 cm.).
  • Do not tear off the protection in the intimate parts of the panties.
  • Also put your receipt or its copy and tags (they do not have to be attached) into the box.

2. DOWNLOAD THE FORM

Download and complete the appropriate form. Then put it in the package.

6. COMPLAINTS

6.1. If, after receiving the goods, the Ordering Party finds defects in it, it is recommended to return the purchased product to the following address: "Lavel, ul. Starowiejska 22B, 34-120 Andrychów, contact phone: +48 577 810 887"
6.2. Shop does not accept shipments returned cash on delivery, sent to a parcel locker, or costumes packed in any type of envelope - only cardboard packaging (preferably it should be the original packaging in which the costume came - this will prevent damage. Minimum height of the return packaging is 10 cm.)
6.3. The advertised goods must be accompanied by a complaint form together with the proof of purchase of the goods or an indication of other proofs of purchase of the goods. The complaint should contain a description of the defect in the goods and the date on which the defect arose. The claim form is attached as Appendix 1 to this contract.
6.4. Complaints are considered no later than within 14 business days from the date the store receives the shipment with the complained product. The customer should be notified about the outcome of the complaint within the same period.
6.5. In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value one, and if it is no longer possible (e.g. due to the fact that the goods are exhausted), the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price or offer the goods available in the store.

7. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

7.1. The Ordering Party may, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the goods, withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason. To meet the above deadline, it is enough to send the Statement of withdrawal from the Agreement, the specimen of which is attached as Annexes 2 and 3 to these Regulations, the attached template of the Statement is not obligatory. The model of the declaration of withdrawal is the Return Form (Annex 2) and the Exchange Form (Annex 3).
7.2. The Seller undertakes to immediately, and in any event not later than within 14 calendar days from receiving the Ordering Party's Statement of withdrawal from the Agreement, return to the Ordering Party all payments made by him, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Ordering Party other than the cheapest one. the usual method of delivery available in the Online Store. The reimbursement will be made in the same method of payment as used by the Ordering Party, unless the Ordering Party agrees otherwise.
7.3. The Ordering Party undertakes to return the goods to the Seller immediately, and in any case not later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he withdrew from the Agreement. Shop does not accept parcels sent COD and costumes packed in any type of envelope - only cardboard packaging (preferably it should be the original packaging in which the costume came - this will prevent damage. The minimum height of the return packaging is 10 cm.) If the Ordering Party does not fulfill the obligation to return the goods on time, the Seller will refrain from reimbursing the payments received from the Ordering Party until the goods are returned or proof of their return is provided. Therefore, the Seller will not be obliged to keep the deadline specified in point 7.2.
7.4. The Ordering Party who withdraws from the Agreement bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.
