Can the purchased swimwear be returned or exchanged?
Of course, you can return or exchange a swimsuit model purchased through the online store. The swimsuit must not show signs of wear and must have the original tags attached to the swimsuit model. The outfit should be returned immediately to the company's headquarters to the following address: Lavel, ul. Starowiejska 22 A, 34-120 Andrychów w CARTON box (not necessarily original) with a full box return form. In the case of replacing the outfit for a different model or size, please send it to the e-mail address [email protected] replacement details. The customer covers the costs of returning or replacing the goods.
Can you make a made-to-measure outfit?
A tailor-made outfit is made after prior consultation with the client and a detailed determination of her dimensions (under the bust, in the bust and hips). Based on the above specification, we sew the selected swimsuit model. The "tailor-made" service is additionally payable and amounts to 30% of the basic price of a given model.

Can I be sure that the size I choose will be the right one?
Of course! We understand your concerns. Our brand, created by women for women, provides accurate size charts that will help you choose the right bra fitter size. But it is not everything.
We have a special one for you online fitting room. All you need to do is provide your measurements, the brand and size of your favorite underwear. Our experience will help you verify whether you are choosing the perfect size. After placing your order, we will call you and make sure that all the parameters are correct, or we will adjust your selection together with you so that the outfit fits you perfectly.

When is the shipment processed?
We approach each order with due diligence. Orders (available in stock) are processed within 1-2 business days or 3-5 business days in the case of "made to measure". Our orders are delivered by GLS and InPost courier companies, and their delivery time (in 99% of cases) is 1 business day (up to 2).

Where can you try on Lavel swimwear in the Silesian Voivodeship?
Lavel swimwear can be tried on all over Poland. We work with over 300 boutiques all over the country. The exact addresses of stores in individual provinces can be obtained by contacting the store staff by e-mail: [email protected].
Do the swimwear have removable shoulder straps?
Each Lavel swimsuit has adjustable straps, in addition, in some models, the straps are detachable or equipped with decorative straps at the bust.
How do I find out my figure? Cone, pear, hourglass, apple or maybe boyish?

No, Lavel swimwear is made of 100% natural materials of the highest quality, imported from Italy and Spain. Each material is properly tested in chlorinated and salt water.

How can I judge the quality and texture of the material if I can't touch it before purchasing?
We know it's a challenge. We strive to provide detailed information about materials and textures in product descriptions. The materials needed to sew the costume are of the highest quality. We obtain them to order from the Italian fashion corner or from sunny fashion Spain.
We make every effort to ensure that they are created in respectable working conditions. Each material is certified according to ISO 14001:2015, OEKO TEX standard 100 and OKTEX UPF+ 50.

How can I get advice when making a purchase if I don't have access to a store employee?

Is it possible to mix sizes before placing an order?
Yes, the customer can maneuver between the sizes of the bikini top and bikini bottom. This information should be consulted with us before placing an order. The service related to differentiating the size between the elements of the outfit is additionally payable - all information and prices of the "mixes" can be obtained at the e-mail address [email protected] or phone number 577 810 887.
Can I get an invoice for my swimwear?
An invoice for a private person and for a company is generated when the outfit is sent to the client to the address provided or to the e-mail address.
Is it possible to try on an outfit at your store?
Our company shop is located in Andrychów at 22a Starowiejska Street. Here you can try on and buy one of the many models of outfits. The shop is open from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 14 pm, but after an earlier call at +48 577 810 887, it is usually possible to arrange an appointment individually.
We also have over 300 boutiques in Poland with our swimwear. So if it is necessary to try on a swimsuit, please contact us by e-mail [email protected]and we'll find the nearest boutique.
However We strongly encourage you to use our proprietary Size Fitting Room, thanks to which our clients 95% order our products without the need to replace them. Just click here to go to the fitting room.
Do swimwear have push-up pads?
Lavel swimwear has push-up pads. These are croissant-shaped sponges, which are placed in the appropriate pocket. If necessary, you can take them out and put them back in the pocket.

Common mistake: It is a wrong assumptionthat the matching size of a competitor will be the same at Lavel. We kindly ask you to use the Size Fitting Room before placing your order.
Do the outfits dye or fade?
Lavel swimwear are designed and sewn in Poland. We use the highest quality materials, and in the long history of the company (we have been producing swimwear since 2007) there have been Single cases of discoloration or fading of the fabric, caused by improper use or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (e.g. shop window for about 2 weeks).
We are famous for a very low number of complaints and exchanges. We achieve this thanks to:
- constant controls of materials,
- constant quality checks of our finished products,
- qualified staff,
- family workshop where we all enjoy working.
Are the colors on the website accurate given differences on monitors?
We try to present colors as accurately as possible, but you must take into account corrections for your monitor/phone. However, you can rely on our color descriptions and possibly consult us if you need additional reassurance.
Can I be sure that the swimsuit can be returned?
Of course! Although returning swimsuits is sometimes difficult for sanitary reasons, we have created dedicated protectors especially for you, thanks to which you can comfortably try on your swimsuit. Please do not remove them before wearing them for the first time, otherwise you will have the right to return them. Our friendly returns policy is here to make you feel comfortable.
What if I need a costume for a specific date and the shipment may not arrive on time?
We recommend ordering in advance or using the option express delivery, if available. To ensure your costume arrives on time, please contact us. We are waiting for your message!
What should I do if I have problems paying online?
Keep calm 🙂. We will be happy to help you solve any online payment problems. Contact us and we will do everything we can to make the payment process easier for you and thus speed up the receipt of your swimsuit.
Is there an option to cancel an order after it has been placed?
Of course. If you change your mind before your order ships, just let us know. Our customer service will help you with your cancellation.
Can I track the status of my order, such as a shipment that is on its way from afar?
Of course! Once you place your order, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
