Take the measurement at the same height as for the bust measurement.
Stay upright and put your arms down.
Measure the length of half the circumference of the bust, starting and ending where the hands touch the body (marked with the line in the picture above).
The centimeter should pass through the nipple line and be at the same height at the front and back of the figure.
If you have large breasts, wear thin underwear that will lift the breasts and show the correct circumference.
Important! This underwear cannot enlarge your breasts in any way!
The centimeter should lie close to the body and lay on it in an even circle.
Do not assume that your underbust size is 80 cm just because you wear an 80C bra every day - measure your size carefully.
It is important that the circumference is as tight as possible, but just enough not to interfere with breathing.
The circumference should be measured at the widest point of the hips.
Remember that the centimeter must not pass under or over the buttock line!
Take the measure off the narrowest point around the waist.
The centimeter should lie close to the body, but not obstruct breathing.
Measure the distance from your crotch to shoulder height.
Stay upright and try to keep an even shoulder line.
