Privacy Policy – Automatic Video Ads Tester

Integration with Facebook Platform

Our Application, „Video Ads Tester”, is an internal automation tool designed to streamline our marketing operations. It interacts with the Facebook Marketing API for the sole purpose of managing our own advertising campaigns.

Permissions and Data Usage:

ads_management: We use this permission to programmatically create campaigns, ad sets, and ads within our own business’s ad account. This allows us to automate the process of turning our video content into advertisements.
pages_manage_ads: This permission is required to associate the ads we create with our official Facebook Page. The Facebook API requires a page_id in the object_story_spec to correctly attribute the ad to our brand.

Data Handling and Storage:

Our Application does not collect, store, share, or process any personal data from Facebook users. The application’s function is to send instructions (API calls) to the Facebook platform to create ad objects. We only process the API’s response (such as a success or error message) to confirm the operation’s status. All ad data remains on Facebook’s servers.

Any authentication credentials (such as access tokens) are stored securely within our N8N automation platform environment and are used exclusively for authenticating our API requests to Facebook.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Application refers to Video Ads Tester, the internal software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either „the Company”, „We”, „Us” or „Our” in this Agreement) refers to Edyta Trybała P.P.H.U. „LAVEL”, Starowiejska 22a, 34-120 Andrychów.
Country refers to: Poland
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, workflow execution logs).

Types of Data Collected

Our Service is an internal tool and does not require You to provide any personally identifiable information to use it. We do not collect personal data from end-users.

We may collect limited Usage Data related to the performance of our internal automation workflow, such as execution times and error logs. This data is used solely for monitoring and improving the functionality of our internal tool and does not contain any personal information.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Delete Your Personal Data

As our Application does not collect or store personal data, there is no user data to delete. Any authentication credentials used for the Facebook API can be revoked or deleted from our internal systems upon request by contacting us.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
